Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

ECUfiles offers a 7-day refund policy if all the following conditions are met:

• The purchase was made within the past 7 days
• The user has not used any service on the platform

If all criteria are met, a full refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following situations:

• Any service has been used (including automated tools, file generation, or credit consumption)
• Any modified file has been downloaded
• Technical support or manual service has already been provided
• A subscription has already been activated
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
• The user has violated the Terms & Conditions

3. Refund Procedure

Users may submit a refund request via Email or online customer support:

• Review time: 1–3 business days
• Refund arrival time: 3–10 business days (depending on payment channels)

4. Payment Channel Notes

Third-party payment gateways (PayPal / Stripe / WeChat Pay / Alipay) may affect refund time, and any handling fees are determined by the payment provider.
